Welcome to Shopping.com.mv. These Terms of Service govern your use of Shopping.com.mv. This site is managed by Baazaaru Online, Male', Maldives.

Your Account
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to be responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of failure by you to protect your account information. Please do not share your username and password with anyone, and keep your account details confidential at all times.

All sensitive transactions on this website are protected by upto 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) encryption in order to ensure that all information exchanged between you and our server are secure.

Membership Status
We reserve the right to refuse or terminate membership status at our sole discretion. We also reserve the right to terminate accounts or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to remove and/or edit any product from this website at any time. We may decline to process a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by removing any product from this website whether or not that product has been sold; removing or editing any materials or content on the website; refusing to process a transaction or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.

Product Information
We have taken great care to present product information through pictures and product descriptions. What you will see also depends on the display and color configuration of your viewing equipment. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that what you see is a totally accurate representation of the actual product. If a product you receive from us is not as described, you may return it for a refund.

Pricing
All our prices are in US $ and you will be billed in this currency . Shipping & delivery costs will be calculated based on what you are purchasing and where delivery is to be made. These costs will be displayed at the time of checkout.

Product Availability
It is possible that products listed on this website may not be in stock at the time you place order. If an item you ordered is out of stock, we will contact you at the email address with which you registered. If we cannot contact you, or receive no response to our e-mail, we will continue to process the remaining items in your order. You will not be charged for items not shipped to you.

Payment
We do not collect or keep your credit card information. We use secure online payment service provided by 2Checkout.com, Inc. At the time of checkout, you will be directed to 2Checkout.com secure payment page. 

Shipping
For international deliveries, we use FedEx, DHL or EMS. The risk of loss and title for goods pass to you upon our delivery to the shipper. 

Order Cancellation
If you want to cancel an order after is is submitted, please Contact Us quoting your order number. If we have not already shipped the items or provided the service, the order can be cancelled. Where refund is to be given for cancelled orders, you will be refunded the payment you made less any credit card commission charged on that payment. Refunds will be credit to your credit card if you have paid by credit card.

Fraudulent Use of Credit Card
We take all fraudulent activities seriosuly. If it comes to our attention that a customer has used stolen credit card to make a transaction on this website, we will provide details relating to the fraudulent transaction to the investigating authorities. The information disclosed may include, but is not limited to, customer registration information, IP address of buyer, delivery address (where physical delivery of goods are made).

Country of Operation
Our services are targeted to customers residing in Maldives. We do not ship products to other countries. Access to this site may also be restricted from certain countries.

Warranty
If a product is sold with warranty, its terms will be clearly stated in the product description.

Recharge Voucher
The recharge vouchers available on this site for sale are unused recharge vouchers. If you find difficulty in recharging using the voucher number you receive from us, please contact us within 24 hours of your purchase. We will confirm if the voucher number is accurate or not. If you still cannot recharge using the accurate number, please contact your operator.

Communication
You agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications provided electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing.

Liability and Indemnity
We shall not be liable for any indirect, or consequential loss of whatever nature arising out of or in connection with your use of the website (including without limitation, any such loss arising out of or in connection with any order placed on the website, whether or not accepted by us). You agree to indemnify us and our agents and officers, directors and employees, immediately on demand, against all claims, liability, damages, costs and expenses, including legal fees, arising out of any breach of these Terms of Service by you. We may terminate your use of the website immediately if we consider that you have breached these Terms of Service.

Applicable Law
By visiting Shopping.com.mv, you agree that the laws of Republic of Maldives, without regard to principles of conflict of laws, will govern these Terms of Service and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and us or our partners.

We may change our Terms of Service and any content of the site  at any time without giving notice. In the event of any of these Terms of Service proving to be invalid or not enforceable, the remainder of these Terms of Service will still continue to have full force and effect.

REFUNDS & RETURNS
We accept requests to return defective merchandise if request is made within 5 days of its delivery to you. The merchandise should not be used in anyway and is in its original carton or packaging with all parts present.

We inspect your orders prior to shipment. If there is a demand for a refund or return, you must Contact Us, indicating the reason for your return along with your order number, amount and date of purchase. We will then inform you on how to proceed.

We will refund your shipping cost if the item is defective or we had shipped you a different product by mistake.

All claims for returns or refunds due to shipping damage or manufacturing defects must be made within 5 days of its delivery to you. We reserve the right to reject any claims of returns or refund in cases of obvious user abuse.

If you have paid by Credit Card, refunds will be credited to your credit card account.

For electronically delivered items, Recharge Vouchers and ibay Services, we do not accept returns. If there is any problem in using the product or service, please Contact Us within 24 hours of your purchase explaining the problem. Please also refer to the Recharge Vouchers clause in the Terms above.
